The space is a converted industrial warehouse, previously a tailoring factory. The aesthetic is functional, neutral and clean.

Wall finish – Dulux ‘Vivid White’ Wash and Wear paint on plasterboard / chipboard.

Floor finish – UltraPave ‘Going Grey’ acrylic paint on concrete.

Ceiling finish – Exposed reflective insulation blanket + grey painted structural steel.

North and south walls are fitted with hanging tracks for stainless cables (30 available). If you require fixing into walls please let us know.

Rigging from the ceiling is possible for items under 100kgs (applicant to supply cabling/fixings).

The space has four striking linear UV resistant skylights for daylight access. Light qualities change throughout the day.

An industrial style central lighting track (dimmable LEDs) runs the length of the space. Dimming levels are 30% 50% and 80%

Loading access is via a roller door 3200W x 3000H.

Off-street loading parking is available at entry.

The gallery has 24/7 CCTV coverage and is alarmed.

Ladders, levels, tape measures, extension cords and basic tools are available for install and de-install periods.

Series of white-painted MDF plinths; sizes are: 900H x 500W x 500D (x2), 445H x 1100W x 1100D (x2), 200H x 1100W x 1100D (x1).

The space is not air-conditioned.

We have limited storage space, we are unable to store large amounts of packing material (over 1m3) or dispose of large amounts of packing/artwork waste.

Opening night waste will be recycled where possible.
