4.1 We offer shipping services for purchased artwork to the address provided by the customer.

4.2 Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and the size of the artwork. Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping.

4.3 We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses incurred during shipping. However, we will assist customers in resolving any issues with the shipping carrier to the best of our ability.

4.4 Shipping costs are additional to the artwork purchase cost and calculated on an individual basis for respective delivery requirements.

4.5 Where artworks are ‘made-to-order’, shipping processes will commence once artwork has been completed by the respective artist. Lead times and estimated delivery can be provided at the beginning of the order/commissioning process. For custom orders, lead times and delivery may be subject to changes.

5.1 All sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the purchased good(s) is/are deemed faulty.

5.2 Full payment is required before shipping/collection of purchased goods.

5.3 All deposits are non-refundable.

6.1 We do not offer any warranties, express or implied, on the artwork sold on this website, except as required by law.

6.2 We make every effort to accurately represent the artwork on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors, dimensions, or other features of the artwork will be accurately represented on your device's screen.

6.3 Sorse Gallery is an agent for the sale of consigned artwork, and are not responsible for artwork production. While we will take every precaution to ensure that the artwork being sold in our gallery is created and displayed to the highest possible and archival standard, their are circumstances where minor defects or production faults may be present—this is not due to any fault on behalf of Sorse Gallery and we not be held liable.
